The Hopewell Soccer Club / PA West Online Risk Management System allows all Hopewell Soccer Club / PA West team officials, Club volunteers and Club Board Members to certify online. Every Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer, (Club) Board Member, and Volunteer must certify for Risk Management.
How To Obtain Your Background Checks
PA State Police Report:
PA State Police Criminal Record Checks cost approximately 8.00 and can be obtained online by visiting the State Police web site -

FBI Criminal Background Check:
To request an FBI Fingerprint Clearance (approximate cost-27.50): Click Here Please note: This link will take you to the page managed by Cogent for the state of PA to help individuals attain an FBI clearance. The Department of Human Services link is your preferable option.

Volunteers must provide the following:
-State Police Criminal Record Check
-PA Child Abuse History Clearance
-if PA resident for at least the past 10 years…a complete and notarized Volunteer affidavit
-if PA resident for less than the past 10 years…FBI Criminal Background Check
