REGISTRATION FEES:

RECREATIONAL IN-HOUSE PROGRAM (Ages 4 to 8 years old - U6 to U10)

Discounts & Fees:

  • Multi-Child Discount: The 2nd child discount will increase from $10 to $15.
 
  • In-House Uniform Discount: We will be offering a $5 discount for each player that reuses their prior season’s jersey for In-House programs. We’ve received feedback from many families that they have an abundance of our gold/navy reversible shirts, therefore, to reduce unnecessary uniform expenses we are offering a $5 discount for reuse. There is no additional fee if your child is in need of a new jersey, there will be a question in the registration form to confirm this.


  • In-House* Non-Volunteer Fee: A $15 fee will be applied automatically for any family not signed up for a volunteer role. Funds will be used to pay for coaching licenses, referee certification costs, and additional training for our coaches & referees that were historically paid out of their own pockets. This fee only applies only to In-House due to significantly less participants in Travel programs, as well as similarly limited opportunities to volunteer.  This fee is applied per account and not per child.
 
  • Volunteer Fee Waiver: The $15 volunteer fee is waived for those that sign up to volunteer for the Hopewell Soccer Club. Volunteer roles in the system are limited to Head Coach / Assistant Coach for the waiver to being applied in advance. Clubhouse volunteers for 90 minutes during the season will be provided a cash refund upon completion. If you would like to sign up for time to volunteer in the clubhouse, we will provide a sign-up schedule closer to the start of the season.

 

 

NOTE:

All volunteers must be approved by the Hopewell Soccer Club Board of Directors.  Service as a Coach, or Assistant Coach represents the most trusted positions within the Hopewell Soccer Club, and these positions have limited availability.  As such, not everyone who volunteers for these positions will necessarily be selected.  By selecting volunteer, please note that you may be subject to any of the volunteer roles offered at the Clubs discretion.

 

 

NO PAY / NO PLAY POLICY:

Payment must be received prior to the first game of the season or players will not be permitted to practice or participate in games. Player passes will be withheld weekly until payment is submitted. Thank you in advance for making payment on time.
